When will items be restocked?
Please go to the listing of the item and enter your email address to get notified when we restock. We restock and stock new items on a daily basis. On occasion, we will re-stock inventory based on what our customers want. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. You can also subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram for restock updates.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. Our processing window does not include holidays or weekends (aliens need time off too). For example, if you place an order Friday morning it may not be processed until Monday morning. Please allow an extra 1 to 5 business days for your order to process during sales and/or holidays.
After this, in the United States, it will take 1 to 3 business days for Priority Mail and 2 to 5 business days for First Class Mail. International orders can anticipate their package to arrive in 10 to 60 business days, depending on the location and individual country's customs law. As a reminder, sometimes packages experience postal delays that are out of our control.
Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. Check your tracking number to estimate the time of arrival. If you are not home for a delivery, or your package is stolen from your residence, we are not responsible. Please make sure to be available for the delivery of your package or arrange a pickup through the shipping carrier (pickup not available at all locations). If your package is lost, please file a case with your local post office. If it has been returned to sender, we will issue a store credit for the order within 7 business days.
Will you email me with a tracking number when my order is shipped?
You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another with tracking info when your label has been printed. Once you receive the shipping email please allow 24 to 48 hours for updates to appear. '
How can I pay?
We currently accept all Credit Cards as forms of payment. We currently do not accept Visa gift cards or pre-paid gift cards.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order hits our database, it begins getting processed immediately. Because of this, we DO NOT honor cancellations. If you placed an order for the wrong size, or duplicated your order, use our contact form to get in touch with us. We do honor refunds for accidental duplicate orders.
Why was my bank account charged more than once for my order?
Every time your credit card is declined, the transaction will show up as processing on your bank statement. Within 24 to 48 hours, the charge will not process (if the card is declined). For example, if you try to process your card 10 times and it won't go through, there will be 10 "processing" transactions on your bank statement, and within that 24 to 72 hour period the transactions will not process. If the charges do not drop, please contact your bank. We are unable to provide assistance for duplicate charges, as this happens every time a card is declined.
Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees. That is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Where is your vintage sourced?
By definition, vintage items are pre-owned goods that date back 20 years or later. Vintage is pre-worn/used and occasionally one of a kind. We source our vintage section from many places all over the world. We thrift shop on a daily basis and work with re-sellers who supply us vintage in bulk. Vintage is sold as-is and is 100% pre-loved, unless noted otherwise. We recommend that you dry clean pretty much everything, especially vintage. Or do like we do, and give it a few dust beatings in the wind.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of the USPS delivery date. We do not refund at this time.
All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on lingerie or swim. All sale items are considered final sale. Items returned with stains, odor, excessive hair, damage, or past the 30 day mark will be seized. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you will receive a full store credit within 7 business days. Click here to access our returns page.
Damaged items will receive a replacement, and if not in stock, a store credit will be issued. When contacting us about a damaged item please include a photo of the damaged item, packing slip, and packaging for faster service. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item in order to receive a replacement free of charge. We will base when your package was delivered on the tracking number attached to your order.
We take all chargeback inquiries very seriously and, when asked, will provide your bank with extensive information regarding this matter. If you need any information regarding your order so that you may file a dispute with your bank, please inform us and we will do our best to provide you with that material. Any disputes received are subject to account deactivation following resolution of the dispute.
Domestic: If your package is returned to us, a store credit will be issued for the items once it returns to our warehouse. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is held responsible for the re-shipment costs under any circumstance.
International: International packages are usually not returned to the US. When making a purchase at darhkportal, the customer assumes all risk of confiscation en route. If customs should confiscate or return the merchandise to us, the customer is still responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping charges. darhkportal is not responsible for confiscated items. Packages with an invalid address will be treated as abandoned at your local post office.
